Colour psychology, brand identity, typography, and the restraint the premium segment demands. If those are things you studied properly and still think about, this is worth five minutes.
We work almost entirely with premium and luxury real estate. At that price point design isn't decoration — it's the first signal a buyer reads about whether a developer is serious. So this is a craft hire, not a production hire.
You can say what a palette does to someone looking at a ₹1.5 crore home — where warmth reads as trust, where a cool tone reads as distance, why a saturated accent kills a luxury layout. And you can build that palette out of a developer's existing brand mark rather than pulling one off a mood board.
You understand a brand as a system, not a logo: primary and secondary palette, type hierarchy, spacing rules, photographic treatment, the do's and don'ts. You can read someone else's identity and extend it across forty assets without it drifting.
Quiet. Photography-led. Two typefaces. Generous margins. Gold used as an accent, never as a fill. If your instinct on a luxury layout is to add something, we'd both be wasting the month — this is the one thing on the list we can't train.
You can name your type choices and defend them. Scale, tracking on display type, hierarchy that survives from a single ad to a twenty-four page document.
Multi-page work. Grid systems that hold from cover through floor plans, information hierarchy, investor and channel-partner decks. Developers ask us for these regularly and we want them made properly, in-house, by someone who's done it before.
Most of your week is single-image ads and Curiosity Assets, across several projects running at the same time. The volume is real and it doesn't taper — but every piece has to hold the same bar as the first one. Most designers can do premium, most can do volume, very few do both in the same week.
Most agencies say it doesn't. We've found the opposite, consistently.
Designers who trained formally arrive with a clarity about colour, identity and type that's genuinely hard to build later. They know why a palette works instead of which one looks nice. They've had their work pulled apart in crits and learned to defend a decision without getting defensive. And they can hold a system across a long document, because they were made to.
It also tells us something about intent: that design is the long game for you, not a stop on the way to something else.
B.Des or Communication Design — MIT Institute of Design, Symbiosis Institute of Design, ISDI, NID, Srishti, DY Patil School of Design. Applied Arts or BFA — Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Fine Arts, Sir J.J. A full animation programme — MAAC, Arena, Frameboxx, ZICA.
A strong portfolio can still change our mind. But this is a real preference, not a line in a job post.
Photography-led. Two typefaces. Warm, tonal palettes. Price and phone number present because the campaign needs them — never louder than the idea.
If your reaction is "I could hold this and make it sharper" — apply. If it's "needs more punch" — we'd both be wasting the month.
Single-image creatives across buyer personas for live premium projects.
Extracting the visual system out of a developer's existing material and extending it across every digital asset — without redesigning what they've already invested in.
Multi-page project brochures and investor decks, as they come in from developers.
Grid, highlight covers, foundational content and Trust Assets — the profile a buyer lands on straight after clicking an ad.
Format adaptations that keep the system intact across every placement.
Visual direction for project pages, thumbnails, video packaging and lower thirds for your pod's editor.
You won't be the third designer on somebody else's account, taking briefs through a system.
You'd sit in one pod with a Project Sell-Out Manager, a Creative Strategist and a video editor, on a fixed set of projects. You'd know the positioning, the personas and the numbers behind what you're designing — because you'd be in the room when they're decided.
Estate Autopilots is a project sell-out partner for real estate developers. Not a lead generation agency. 450+ projects over four years, from Pune, Mumbai and Dubai.
Where you land between ₹30,000 and ₹32,000 depends on the work you're putting out by then — not on how long you've been sitting here.
Your details, where you studied, and a link to your portfolio. Two minutes. It takes you straight to step two.
A live project, two ads, around three hours. The next page has a short walkthrough video and the full brief — watch it before you start. Submitted on WhatsApp. No task, no shortlist.
Then two conversations in office — one on your portfolio, one on your task, with the pod you'd be joining. Then a decision, quickly.
Anything unclear before you start? WhatsApp us on +91 92230 01652. A question costs you nothing.
Two minutes. The next page has the design task — you'll need to finish that to be shortlisted, so set aside three hours before you start it.
